Welcome ~ I am Wendy Wayman. Following a 40-year military career leading, mentoring, and inspiring others, I discovered one simple truth: when you BEE-lieve in yourself you can take flight. I served in the United States Army, rising thru the ranks to retire as the top Military Intelligence Senior Executive Technical Expert. After retirement, I realized that there was more to life than climbing the corporate ladder instead deciding to pursue a career in motivational speaking and coaching, and I've never looked back.
